Preparation
You will need:
100 ml water, 200 ml vegetable oil, 3 eggs.
Preparation:
Pour 3 cups (600 ml) milk, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and 3,5 cups (450 g) Pancake Powder Mix into a deep mixing bowl. Stir until lumps of flour dissolve. It is normal for the dough to be thick and slightly lumpy. Pour less than 1/4 of a cup of dough for each pancake into the oiled and heated pan. On low heat cook each side 1-1,5 minutes or until a golden yellow. Serve as desired.
