Preparation
"You will need for 3-4 portion:
2-3 rounded tablespoons (35-50g) of sugar, 500 mL (2 cups) of milk.
Preparation:
In a bowl, blend 2 heaped tablespoons (40g) of Valenci custard powder with 2 tablespoons of cold milk, taken from 500 mL (2 cups) of milk to a smooth cream.
Boil the rest of the milk with about 2-3 rounded tablespoons (35-50g) of sugar.
Pour boiling milk all at once into the blended custard stirring well.
Return to the saucepan and boil gently until it thickens.
Serve hot or cold."
